Shipping policy

Digital products, save for preorders, are delivered immediately. If you have any probems receiving your digital order, please email contact@rldavennor.com.

Digital Preorders have a delivery estimate listed on the product page, but please note that these dates are subject to change. Refunds can be considered on a case by case basis for digital preorders that have not yet been delivered, but once preorders are fulfilled, there will be no refunds.

Non-digital goods will be shipped within 3-5 business days, except when noted as preorder or backorder. Preorders/backorders will have a shipping estimate listed on the product page, though may ship sooner or later as stock becomes available. For international orders on physical items: the CUSTOMER is 100% responsible for paying any and all import or customs fees. R. L. Davennor/Night Muse Press is not responsible or liable for any packages returned to sender due to unpaid fees.
